General Conditions and Return Policy
In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005, as amended and supplemented, the consumer, if not satisfied with the products purchased from the seller, may return the products and obtain a refund of the price already paid in the case of advance payment.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised by the consumer either with respect to the entire order placed through the Bamby S.R.L. website — hereinafter referred to as “full withdrawal” — or with respect to one or more products included in the same order — hereinafter referred to as “partial withdrawal”. The right of withdrawal must be exercised within a period of 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product or of the last of the ordered products — hereinafter referred to as the “Withdrawal Period”.
For the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned intact and in perfect condition, namely unused, undamaged, clean, and complete with all accessories, components, instructions for use, documentation, and labels originally included. The products must also be returned in their original packaging, which must be intact and free from damage, alteration, or deterioration. It is expressly stated that failure to comply with even one of the above conditions may result in the return not being accepted and, consequently, in the rejection of the refund request, without prejudice to the inalienable rights granted to the consumer under the applicable law.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised in accordance with the procedure indicated below, by notifying by email the intention to withdraw and attaching the required form. Such procedure forms an integral part of these terms and conditions. The customer is required to verify in advance that all requirements and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are met and, thereafter, to complete in full the return form available in the relevant section. A copy of the duly completed form must be mandatorily sent by email to info@bambystore.it; an additional paper copy of the same form must be inserted inside the return package.
Failure to comply, in whole or in part, with the procedure described above may result in delays in processing the request, in verifying the return, and in issuing the refund and, where applicable, may also result in the return not being accepted.
Following the proper exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, Bamby S.R.L. shall confirm receipt of the request to the consumer by email.
The product or products must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the consumer communicated their decision to exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 52 of the Consumer Code. The deadline shall be deemed met if the consumer sends back or delivers the product or products before the expiry of the 14 days.
Bamby S.R.L. informs its consumers that the costs of returning the product or products subject to withdrawal shall be borne by the consumer and that the return shipment shall be made under the consumer’s full responsibility.
Bamby S.R.L. also reminds the consumer to verify, before returning the goods, that the product or products subject to withdrawal are in perfect condition and in their original packaging, complete with all parts, including packaging, accessories, documentation, and labels, and that the products have not been used. The consumer shall be liable, in accordance with applicable law, solely for any diminished value of the product or products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Where the right of withdrawal has been properly exercised in accordance with the above legal provisions, Bamby S.R.L. shall refund the consumer the total amount already paid within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the return is received at Bamby S.R.L.’s warehouse. The refund shall be made using the same payment method used by the consumer for the original transaction.
In accordance with Article 56 of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, Bamby S.R.L. reserves the right to withhold the refund until receipt of the product or products, or until the consumer has demonstrated that the product or products have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
How to Request a Return
Make sure the order meets the conditions outlined in our return policy.
Then, print the Return Form, fill it in with the order and return details, and place it inside the package before sending it.

Shipping and Delivery
Your order will be delivered safely and as quickly as possible!
For the shipment of orders, Bamby Store cooperates with FedEx and BRT couriers. The courier is selected based on the destination and logistical requirements. Further details regarding shipping times are available in our FAQs.
Delivery times may vary depending on the selected destination and during periods of particularly high demand (e.g. sales, holidays, promotions).
PLEASE NOTE: shipping times are always to be understood as business days; therefore, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded.
Availability
If the product is marked as AVAILABLE IN 48/72h, the order will be dispatched from our central warehouse and shipped within 1 business day from receipt of payment. Delivery will then take approximately 1–2 business days (3–4 business days for islands).
If the product is marked as AVAILABLE IN 3/5 DAYS, the order will be dispatched directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse and shipped within 2 business days from receipt of payment. Delivery will then take approximately 2–3 business days (4–6 business days for islands).
When a product is out of stock and marked as being reordered, delivery will take approximately 30 to 45 business days.
Example: An order placed on March 1st, 2025, with an estimated delivery time of 30 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), would be delivered by April 14th, 2025 (and not by April 1st, 2025, which would correspond to 30 calendar days).
Mixed Orders Shipping: All Together or Separately?
If, however, one or more products included in the order are not available for immediate shipment (but are subject to a 30-day shipping timeframe), the entire order will be shipped only once all items included in the order become available. This is due to the fact that certain items may require longer shipping times, as they are not physically available in our warehouse and must be supplied directly by the manufacturer or supplier.
Each additional shipment increases CO₂ emissions and the overall carbon footprint. Shipping the order in a single delivery, therefore, represents a more sustainable choice.
Warnings
Bamby Store invites customers to carefully verify the delivery address entered during the ordering process. Bamby Store shall not be held responsible for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
During periods of significant logistical congestion (e.g. holidays, sales periods, strikes) beyond the control of Bamby Store, processing and delivery times may be subject to delays or variations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs apply to orders with a merchandise value below €99,00 The cost may vary depending on the destination country and starts from €8,90.
If you wish to avoid shipping costs, you may choose the in-store pickup option: we will be pleased to welcome you at our retail store located at Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 24, Turin, ITALY.
For orders of €99,00 or more, shipping costs are covered by us.
However, we kindly invite you to always refer to the shipping cost table below, as in some countries free shipping may not be available.
